Brand identity review session with reference boards

Regional F&B group rebrand

A six-outlet food and beverage group needed a unified identity after three years of outlet-level branding that had drifted apart. We conducted stakeholder interviews across kitchen, front-of-house and management teams, mapped the competitive landscape in their category, and developed a positioning centred on craft and consistency rather than trend-chasing. The identity system — logo family, menu architecture, photography direction and environmental graphics — rolled out across all outlets over eight weeks. A brand usage guide and staff training deck ensured franchise-ready consistency. The rebrand included a migration plan for social channels and Google Business profiles without losing existing review scores.

B2B SaaS product launch

A Singapore-founded SaaS company entering the ASEAN market needed more than a landing page — they needed a launch narrative that differentiated them from well-funded US competitors. We developed positioning around local compliance expertise and regional support, wrote the messaging framework, designed the campaign key visual, and produced a twelve-week content arc spanning LinkedIn thought leadership, a launch webinar series, email nurture sequences and paid social cutdowns. Marketing website pages were designed and built as static HTML for fast deployment. Post-launch, we delivered a campaign post-mortem with channel performance analysis and recommendations for the sustain phase.

Founder editorial programme

The CEO of a professional services firm had strong opinions but no time to write. We built a founder editorial programme: a tone-of-voice guide based on interview transcripts, a quarterly content plan with four pillar topics, and a production workflow where we drafted from 30-minute voice notes and the founder approved in under an hour per piece. Output included LinkedIn articles, a monthly newsletter, conference speaking abstracts and podcast guest briefs. After six months, the programme transitioned to a hybrid model where the founder's executive assistant managed scheduling using our templates and the CEO reviewed final drafts. Authority metrics improved steadily without the founder spending more than two hours per month on content.

Wellness brand identity system

A direct-to-consumer wellness brand launching in Singapore and Malaysia required an identity that felt premium without the clinical coldness common in the category. We developed a positioning around everyday ritual rather than medical optimisation, designed a flexible logo system with a primary mark and product sub-brand variants, and created a photography direction brief for their in-house content shoots. Deliverables included packaging templates, social media masters, email header designs and a 40-page brand guide with do-and-don't examples. The identity was designed to scale across future product lines without requiring a rebrand when the catalogue expanded from three SKUs to twelve.
