Make a mark worth keeping
Brand, story and content built to still work in three years — not three weeks. We are a creative studio on Genting Lane, filing work that holds up when the feed moves on.
Statement of purpose
The Brand Archive
Most studios chase the moment. We file for the long shelf. MarkVault Creative is a brand, content and campaign studio based at 51 Genting Lane in the Aljunied neighbourhood — a working address, not a mailing box. We help companies in Singapore and across the region define who they are, say it clearly, and produce the campaigns and content that carry that story forward without falling apart when someone new joins the team or the platform algorithm shifts again.
Our name is deliberate: Mark means a brand mark — the visual and verbal signature of a company. Vault means our archive of work, principles and reference systems — not a bank, not secure storage, not crypto, and not a trademark registration service. We build the drawer labels so your team knows where everything belongs.
What we file
Positioning frameworks, identity systems, tone-of-voice guides, editorial calendars, campaign toolkits and the production assets that make them usable. Every engagement ends with something your team can open on Monday morning without calling us first — though we are always reachable when you need a fresh perspective.
Three drawers
Open the drawer that fits
Brand drawer
Strategy, positioning, naming rationale, identity systems and art direction. We start with what makes you distinct in your category — not a mood board of what everyone else is doing — and build a system your in-house team or agency partners can extend without us in the room.
Deliverables typically include a positioning document, visual identity toolkit, brand usage guide and launch assets sized for real channels, not just a PDF that sits in a shared drive.

Content drawer
Editorial planning, long-form copy, tone-of-voice systems and content engines that produce consistently — not one viral post and six months of silence. We design the rhythm: what you publish, where, in whose voice, and how it connects back to the brand story.
From founder letters and product narratives to LinkedIn series and newsletter frameworks, we write and structure content that reads like you on your best day.

Campaign drawer
Launch campaigns, social and community programmes, creator collaborations and the marketing website pages that give a campaign somewhere to land. We plan the arc — teaser, launch, sustain — and produce the assets across channels so the story feels coherent whether someone sees a poster, a post or a landing page.
Campaigns are filed with a post-mortem summary so your team learns what worked and what to adjust next quarter.

How we work
-
01
File for three years, not three weeks
Every deliverable is built to survive a rebrand request, a new marketing hire and a platform change. If it only works for the launch party, we have not finished.
-
02
Strategy before pixels
We will not open Figma until we agree on positioning. Visual identity without a point of view is decoration — and decoration dates fast.
-
03
Your team owns the drawer
Guides, templates and handover sessions are standard. You should not need us to change a headline or resize a banner after sign-off.
-
04
One studio, one conversation
Brand, content and campaigns sit with the same team. No handoffs between a strategy agency and a production shop that never read the brief.

Location
Genting Lane, Aljunied
Our studio sits at 51 Genting Lane, #06-04 — in the light-industrial belt between Aljunied and Geylang where small creative teams, production houses and specialist makers share the neighbourhood. We meet clients here by appointment, on video, or over coffee at one of the kopitiams nearby. Being off Orchard Road is intentional: lower overhead, longer attention spans, and a team that spends time making rather than commuting to pitch meetings.
Office hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 SGT. Saturday sessions available by appointment. Call +65 6904 8352 or write to [email protected].
Quick reference
Common questions
Is MarkVault a bank vault, crypto service or trademark firm?
No. Mark means a brand mark. Vault means our archive of creative work and reference systems. We are a brand, content and campaign studio — not a financial institution, secure storage provider, password manager or intellectual property registration service.
What does a typical engagement look like?
Most projects run eight to sixteen weeks depending on scope. We start with a discovery session at our Genting Lane studio or via video, deliver a proposal within five business days, and work in structured phases with sign-off gates at each stage.
Do you work with companies outside Singapore?
Yes. While we are based in Singapore (UEN 202796947M), we work with regional and international clients across time zones. All contracts are governed by Singapore law and we invoice in SGD unless otherwise agreed.
